The American Center Yangon provides anyone, anywhere in Myanmar with no-cost classes to chart your personal and professional future. Through the ACY Learning Hub, you have 24-hour access to free quality courses designed to help you pursue your professional goals. Learn English, start a small business, take GED preparation class or become a social media influencer.

Who we are?

From its humble beginnings as a downtown library in 1948 to the state-of-the-art facility it is today, the ACY offers a space to study, express creativity, carry on informed debate, and much more. Since its launch in 2022 as ACY Study at Home, the ACY Learning Hub has provided a repository of program content and self-paced courses designed to complement ACY in-person programs and activities and provide resources for educational and career advancement to Myanmar.

Why do we do it?
